Overview The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is inviting vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate as a stallholder at the Multicultural Festival 2027. Vendors can apply for any upcoming City events using the application form and may select the specific events they wish to submit an EOI for. Applicants will be notified within 5 business days of the event's EOI Closing Date, and as additional opportunities become available. Strictly no late applications will be accepted after the EOI Closing Date. Scope Event Name: Multicultural Festival 2027 Event Date: Saturday 5 June 2027 EOI Close Date: Friday 26 March 2027 Contract Terms and Conditions Fees and Charges 2026-2027 (Event Fees, Incl GST) Community Group Rate (per Event): Each (4m x 4m), $0.00 Business Rate (per Event): Each (4m x 4m), $42.00 Cleaning Fee (per event per site): Each, $104.00 Event Bay Powered, 10 Amps: Each, $10.50 Event Bay Powered, 15 Amps: Each, $16.00 Event Bay Unpowered/own Generator: Each, $0.00 Eligibility Type A - Business/Commercial/Individual/For-Profit/Government: a business that sells products for the purpose of generating a profit that is used as the primary source of income Type B - Community Group/Not-For-Profit/Non-Commercial/Charity: a person or group that makes and sells products, where the profit is not used as a primary source of income (includes charity/fundraising groups, hobbyist, and crafters) How to Apply Applicants should complete the application details, ensuring information is correct and that the nominated contact on the day is the person completing the application.
