About this tender
The City of Canning intends to release a public tender in early July 2026 to engage a qualified and experienced consultant for the provision of comprehensive architectural services, for the proposed Canning Vale Sports Complex. The successful Respondent will be required to provide both architectural and landscape architectural design services and undertake the role of Lead Consultant, including the coordination and management of relevant sub-consultants necessary to deliver the scope of works. The detailed scope, technical requirements, deliverables, and evaluation criteria will be outlined in the Request documentation upon release. The City advises that the civil design elements, including roads, parking, drainage, earthworks, utility services and associated civil infrastructure are expressly excluded from this scope and will be delivered under separate arrangements.
