Overview The Department of Communities (Communities) requires a suitably experienced and skilled organisation for the provision of a single consolidated Child Protection Case Management System (CPCMS / the Solution) that integrates with other Communities' systems. Scope The scope includes: Implementation, configuration, deployment, maintenance and support of the Solution Hosting of the Solution in a secure environment in an Australian data centre Accepting, recording, tracking, and reporting all aspects of Child Protection matters Integration with other Communities' systems Contractor Requirements Suitably experienced and skilled organisation for the provision of the CPCMS Tender Briefing An online briefing session will be held on 18 Sep, 2026 at 10:30 AM.
