About this tender
Overview Mission Australia (QLD) invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of cleaning services at a newly constructed multi-storey facility. The facility includes offices and administrative areas, and 112 residential tenancies across 15 storeys, including shared internal and external common areas. Cleaning services are required for offices, administrative areas, and all common areas only. Cleaning of individual residential units is expressly excluded from the scope of this contract. The successful tenderer will deliver a consistent, high-quality cleaning service that supports a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors, in alignment with Mission Australia Housing values and service standards. Scope Cleaning services are required seven (7) days per week and include, but are not limited to, cleaning of: Office and administrative areas Level-by-level common areas including corridors, lift lobbies, and shared spaces Lifts, stairwells, and fire stairs across all 15 storeys Amenities, toilets, and shared kitchen facilities Bin rooms, bin chutes, and waste management areas Internal and external common ground areas, gardens, and open spaces Internal and external glazing (where safe and accessible) Periodic and programmed deep cleaning and floor maintenance Services are structured across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, and annual frequencies. Contractor Requirements Tenderers must demonstrate: Proven experience delivering commercial, residential, or social housing cleaning services of a similar scale Capacity to service a high-use, multi-storey facility with structured cleaning schedules Strong work health and safety (WHS), infection control, and quality assurance systems Appropriate licences, certifications, and insurances An ability to work respectfully and professionally within a supported housing and community environment Contract Terms and Conditions Contract commencement: Mid to end January 2026 Contract term: 12 months, with two 2-year extension options
