CV036 Concrete Supply - Havieron Project - Brownfields Gold-Copper Development

Overview Greatland Pty Ltd (WA) is seeking expressions of interest for the supply of concrete to support construction works at the Havieron Project, a brownfields development of an underground gold-copper mine. About The Havieron Project is located in the Paterson Province of Western Australia, approximately 45 km east of the existing Telfer Mine. Ore will be hauled along a haul road in the infrastructure corridor to Telfer for processing using existing and expanded facilities. Several non-mining and mining infrastructure construction packages at Havieron will require a reliable supply of concrete from a project specific batch plant located at Havieron. Scope The Works include the production and supply of approximately 21,930m3 of concrete over a 16-month period from December 2026 to March 2028. The scope includes: Blind Bore Pad and Liners: 11,085m3 including 15MPa blinding, 40MPa concrete, 50MPa concrete and 5MPa grout (4,800m3) Blind Bore Ponds Lining: 250m3 of 40MPa shotcrete Haul Road: approximately 1,145m3 CSF for culvert backfilling Boxcut #2 Tunnel: approximately 1,400m3 including 15MPa blinding, 40MPa concrete and 40MPa shotcrete Non-Mining Infrastructure: approximately 5,960m3 including 15MPa blinding and 32MPa concrete for miscellaneous facilities Mining Infrastructure: approximately 2,090m3 including 15MPa blinding, 32MPa and 40MPa concrete for miscellaneous surface facilities Expressions of interest are sought for the supply of concrete to suit these various construction works at Havieron over the 16-month period. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) only, and the content of this work is subject to change pending project demand and timelines. Contractor Requirements Suppliers should have competency, capacity and previous positive experience in the supply of concrete. Suppliers must provide the following minimum criteria along with their EOI to demonstrate capability and capacity: A list of current and previous similar concrete supply projects within Australia within the last 5 years, including project name, client name, project location, concrete volumes, value, commencement and completion date, and contact details of a reference for each project, with projects undertaken in the Pilbara, WA highlighted Details demonstrating current capacity and capability to perform the concrete supply in addition to other current projects and any projects tendered but yet to be awarded, including supplier resources (labour and plant and equipment) and availability of required resources for the scope of services Financial strength and ability to provide uninterrupted construction services for a minimum of one year, supported by documentation including the supplier's turnover in the last two years, pre-tax profit (or loss) for the past two years, net worth or shareholders' funds (or net liabilities) at the date of the latest accounts, present cash/credit position, and the company's normal means of funding major contract works Full compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and any other relevant and/or applicable standards, supported by a health and safety management plan and an environmental management plan Safety and environmental performance records for the past five years, indicating workplace injury and environmental incident statistics, including year, period of record, hours worked, fatalities, first aid injuries, medically treated injuries, restricted work injuries, days lost, and lost time injury rate per 200,000 man-hours worked A robust quality management system (QA/QC) to effectively execute the concrete supply services A well-defined company structure and verifiable evidence of competency of employees A proposed delivery model (self-perform, joint venture, or subcontract) and delivery split percentage (self-perform %, JV %, subcontract %) A description of the proposed approach to engage traditional local Martu people and their businesses How to Apply Suppliers are invited to express interest by registering on ICN Gateway, providing evidence against the minimum criteria set out above along with their EOI. Suppliers should include all requisite documents demonstrating their ability to comply with the minimum criteria. ICNWA will follow up on full scope registrations by email once the full scope closing date has passed. The supplier's response to ICNWA's email and their demonstration of meeting the minimum criteria outlined above will form their Expression of Interest (EOI) for this package. Supplier(s) will only be considered for the upcoming Tender if suitably qualified by the Company's Procurement Entity.
