Overview The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is seeking a contractor for the Department of Education's Dardanup Primary School Cool the School program (Site 1732), involving an air conditioning upgrade. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of redundant mechanical gas heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment Installation of new air conditioning units, condensers and supply air systems Associated electrical upgrades Associated building modifications Other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification The premises will be occupied during the currency of the Contract.
