About this tender

Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake interior fit out works at the Perth Emergency Service Complex (ESC). Scope The scope includes: Interior fit out works at Perth ESC, including but not limited to the ground floor, level 1, and level 2 fit-outs, as detailed in the PFM Scope of Works Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 1 Ord Street, West Perth on 24 July 2026 at 12:30 pm. A mandatory site briefing will also be held at Perth ESC, located at 1 Ord Street, West Perth WA 6005. Attendance at the briefing is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
