EOI – OMID Pathways: Group Training Organisation

Overview The Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery (OMID), part of the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (WA), is undertaking this Expression of Interest (EOI) to inform the engagement of a Group Training Organisation under the PATHWAYS employment delivery model. About PATHWAYS is an Aboriginal employment delivery model designed to increase sustainable Aboriginal participation in Western Australia's major infrastructure program. The model is designed to connect recruitment, work readiness, employment and career progression into a coordinated pathway that supports long-term workforce participation and career development. Scope The scope includes: Employing and managing apprentices Coordinating host placements across participating OMID projects Delivering or coordinating structured work-readiness activities Supporting continuity of employment, training and career progression across multiple OMID projects and host placements Working collaboratively with the mentoring and retention provider that OMID will appoint through a separate process Contractor Requirements The service must be culturally responsive The service must support culturally safe experiences for Aboriginal apprentices Instructions to Tenderers This is an Early Tender Advice only and no documents are available for download at this time.
