About this tender

Overview The City of Stirling invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake construction works for the Harborne Street, Jon Sanders Drive and Powis Street intersection upgrade project in Glendalough. The project aims to improve pedestrian accessibility and road safety, and will be delivered in collaboration with the Town of Cambridge and Main Roads WA. Scope The scope includes: Pavement construction and marking Pavement resurfacing Earthworks Kerbing Pedestrian paths Drainage works Traffic signals Landscaping Road furniture Traffic signs Street lighting Other associated civil works Instructions to Tenderers The City intends to award a contract to a single contractor and reserves the right to award contracts to multiple contractors if deemed appropriate. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory briefing (refer to Conditions of Tendering Clause 5.3) will provide tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the Invitation for Tender prior to the tender deadline. No pre-registration is required, as signing of the attendance register will take place at the briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the briefing.
