Overview The City of Stirling invites suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary consultant teams to provide professional design and project delivery services for the Inglewood Youth Parkland Project, located within the Inglewood Public Open Space (POS), Wordsworth Reserve, Inglewood. Purpose The project seeks to transform the existing reserve into a contemporary, inclusive and multifunctional youth-focused destination that supports recreation, social interaction, community activation and youth engagement. The development is intended to provide a high-quality public space that is accessible to a broad range of users while incorporating sustainable, climate-responsive and low-maintenance design principles. Scope The successful Consultant will be required to deliver a comprehensive suite of professional services across all project phases. The scope includes: Concept design Detailed design Preparation of construction documentation and specifications Tender and procurement assistance Contract administration Superintendent services during construction Defects period administration and project close-out services Leading and coordinating all required disciplines to develop a design solution that meets the City's project objectives, stakeholder requirements, community engagement outcomes and approved budget Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary consultant team Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A Mandatory Briefing / Site Inspection will be held for this opportunity (refer to Conditions of Tendering Clause 5.3), providing tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the Invitation for Tender (IFT) prior to the Tender Deadline. Location: Wordsworth Reserve, 60 Alexander Drive, Inglewood WA 6052, Public Open Space directly south of Inglewood Leisure Centre (refer to the location marked on the map provided in the Tender documents) Date: Tuesday, 22 September 2026 Time: 10:00am Attendance: Mandatory for tenderers No pre-registration is required, as signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also. Instructions to Tenderers A minimum of one pre-qualified contractor is anticipated to be engaged as the basis of contract award. All questions must be asked via the 'Contact Request Manager' button at the top right of the tender page, and will be responded to via an addendum to all Tenderers. For further information, refer to the 'Instructions' tab of this IFT. A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section related to the E-tendering system is provided on the City's website. Tenders will be opened at the City's Main Administration Building, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling, after the Tender Deadline.
