Overview The Department of Housing and Works (WA) has issued this Early Tender Advice (ETA) ahead of a Request for Tender (RFT) for rectification works, including installation of a new water reticulation system and ancillary works at the Mirnutharntu Maya EES Facility, South Hedland. Scope The scope includes: Planning, establishing and maintaining a quality system, including defining clear, measurable and agreed quality standards as stated in the RFT documentation Undertaking the EES facility and ancillary works in accordance with the Consultant's design and specifications Completing commissioning and handover of the new works Contract Terms and Conditions The contract will include a 24-month Defects Liability Period Instructions to Tenderers This Early Tender Advice will be followed by a Request for Tender (RFT) for the Rectification Works procurement. The RFT will provide opportunities for smaller local businesses and/or contractors (tenderers) to submit tender proposals for consideration.
