Scope The scope includes: Lease of a 14.95 ha area of land on the south-east edge of Newman, at the end of Gun Club Road, which currently houses the buildings and facilities of the Clay Shooters Club Development of the land by the successful proponent Contract Terms and Conditions Development of the land is to be undertaken at the successful proponent's cost Existing developments on the land include a shed, kiosk facilities and towers Any additional development required by the successful proponent, beyond the existing developments, will be at their own cost
