About this tender

Overview The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) requires access to a legal research database to support the provision of accurate and competent legal services to DWER. Scope DWER requires access to a legal research database which provides contemporary case law and statutes effective in WA and other Australian jurisdictions, to allow DWER's legal services team to provide accurate legal advice to DWER. The scope includes: Provision of access to a legal research database covering contemporary case law and statutes applicable in WA and other Australian jurisdictions Contractor Requirements The contractor must ensure that the legal research database meets the following essential functional requirements. System Requirements Must have an "out of the box", online, web based legal research database, hosted in a secure environment, that is accessible through standard internet browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Safari, Google Chrome or equivalent Must have the option for single sign-on to ensure data is kept secure and is only accessible to licenced users/agents Must be compatible with at least PC and laptop, and it would be desirable if access is supported through mobile phones (iOS and Android) Must have the ability to support offline working modes where applicable Enquiries Contact: Grace Usher Phone: (08) 65512021 Email: Grace.Usher@dohw.wa.gov.au
