Overview The City of Bayswater is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced plumbing and civil contractor to undertake the supply, installation, and commissioning of water and sewer infrastructure at Lightning Park, located at 30 Della Road in Noranda (the Works). Scope The scope includes: Construction and installation of new sewer and water service infrastructure, including a new sewer rising main, sewer pump station, and associated water service connections Excavation, trenching, and compaction works Connection to existing services Coordination of civil, plumbing, electrical, and authority requirements Installation, connections, testing, and commissioning of the water and sewer system All associated site works and reinstatement to provide a complete and operational system Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced plumbing and civil contractor
