Overview The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is seeking a suitably qualified builder to undertake an air conditioning upgrade at the Main Roads Western Australia Bunbury Depot. Scope The scope of works is to provide mechanical and associated services to the Bunbury Main Roads building located in Western Australia as part of the air conditioning replacement works. The scope includes: Demolition of existing air conditioning systems Installation of new air conditioning systems Modification and re-use of existing outside air ventilation Electrical system modifications Installation of new condensate pipework Making good of affected areas Roof works Ceiling access provisions Any associated works required to provide a fully functional installation All works shall result in completed and functional systems in accordance with the specification, industry standards, and manufacturers' recommendations.
