Overview Pilgangoora Operations Pty Ltd is seeking a contractor to carry out the on-site execution of Wet and Dry Plant Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation (SMPE&I) Construction Works as part of the P2000 Expansion Project. Scope The scope of works is separated into two standalone packages: Wet Plant and Dry Plant. Wet Plant Package The Wet Plant package involves site construction works for a greenfield wet plant build. The scope includes: Installation of Principal-supplied pre-assembled steel modules (pipework and cable tray installed), approximately 5,500 tonnes of steel Installation of Principal-supplied mechanical equipment, including multiple pumps, Ball Mill, SAG Mill, WHIMS units, Flotation circuit, Tanks, Thickeners, Conveyors and Belt filters Installation of Principal-supplied loose piping Installation of Principal-supplied electrical items, including switch rooms, cables and instruments HV tie-in into the existing power station Stage 1 construction verification and completion (CVC) completion Dry Plant Package The Dry Plant package involves site construction works for a greenfield plant build, including but not limited to: Installation of Principal-supplied pre-assembled steel modules, including associated pipework and cable tray already installed within the modules, with an indicative steel quantity of approximately 9,000 tonnes Installation of Principal-supplied piping systems Installation of Principal-supplied mechanical equipment associated with primary crushing, oversize screening and crushing, ore sorting, rejects stacking and coarse ore stacking Installation of Principal-supplied electrical and instrumentation items, including HV and LV switchrooms, cables, instruments, process communications and associated field works HV tie-in works into the existing power station, including associated planning, testing and commissioning support Stage 1 construction verification and completion (CVC) support, including completion documentation and punch list activities
