Scope Building and Facilities Maintenance Minor carpentry repairs (doors, locks, hinges, cabinetry) Patch and paint works (internal and external) Replacement of damaged tiles, skirting, or fittings Replacement of light globes/tubes Gutter cleaning and minor roof leak repairs Window repairs (glass replacement, seals, latches) Basic concreting (small slabs, trip hazard repairs) Installation/replacement of fixtures (shelves, noticeboards, bollards) Unblocking of minor plumbing issues (non-licensed work only) Other general ad-hoc maintenance activities Public Amenities Repair/replacement of taps, toilet seats, and cistern components Unblocking of minor plumbing issues (non-licensed work only) General upkeep of outdoor facilities Graffiti removal and surface cleaning Repair of park furniture (benches, picnic tables) Minor playground maintenance Fence and gate repairs Signage installation and repairs Bollard installation or replacement Minor irrigation repairs (e.g. sprinklers/fittings)
