About this tender
Overview PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA is seeking to establish a panel arrangement of experienced and qualified contractors to deliver core anatomical pathology solutions, covering histology solutions and related consumables, training, maintenance, and support services. About The Department of Anatomical Pathology (AP) analyses over 155,000 cases annually, with more than 1.1 million slides created and analysed for patient diagnosis. AP and its subsections, Histopathology, Cytopathology, and Immunohistochemistry, operate out of two primary Perth metropolitan hubs located at Queen Elizabeth II Medical Hospital (QEII) and Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH). Further support is provided by secondary metro sites at Royal Perth Hospital (RPH), King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), and Fremantle Hospital (FS), as well as smaller regional laboratories. Scope The scope comprises six main categories, each with multiple sub-categories. Respondents may offer for one or more categories. Details of the categories are provided in the tender documents.
