Overview The Parliamentary Services Department (PSD) is seeking security services to assist in maintaining Parliament House as a secure facility, free from unauthorised personnel, with all incidents affecting security or the preservation of the building and its contents investigated and reported. Scope The scope includes: Maintaining Parliament House as a secure facility, free from unauthorised personnel Investigating and reporting all incidents affecting security or the preservation of the building and its contents Car park monitoring Escort duties Building lock up duties After hours building maintenance monitoring Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit and briefing meeting will be held for this opportunity. Date: 29 September 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Location: 4 Harvest Terrace, West Perth Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid. Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.
