About this tender
Overview The City of Perth is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide urban forest services. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to: Tree maintenance Palm pruning Invasive pest monitoring, management and recording Arboricultural consultancy and monitoring services Tree and defined areas of watering These requirements are divided into six separable portions: Separable Portion 1: Tree Maintenance and Stump Grinding Separable Portion 2: Palm Pruning Separable Portion 3: Invasive Pest Monitoring, Management and Recording Separable Portion 4: Arboricultural Consultancy and Monitoring Services Separable Portion 5: Tree Watering (includes plant beneficial additives) Separable Portion 6: Tree Installation and Associated Civil Works Tenderers may choose to submit a proposal for any portion separately or for all portions together. Instructions to Tenderers The City will assess each portion separately, as well as any submission/s for all portions. The City of Perth reserves the right to decide how to proceed, which may involve awarding each portion to different Contractors or to a single Contractor for all portions, or rejecting any or all submissions. The City is seeking tenders from organisations to submit their offers in accordance with the requirements of this RFT. Tender Briefing A mandatory briefing for Tenderers will be conducted.
