Scope The scope includes internal and external refurbishment works, including but not limited to: Lounge Kitchen / Dining Passages Bedrooms Bathroom, Toilet & Laundry Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking refurbishment works All materials and installation must be supplied and completed in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the scope of work Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by tenderers prior to submission of their quote.
