About this tender

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 22B Elm Walk, Albany WA 6330. The Work includes but is not limited to general refurbishment of the property, covering essential repairs, service upgrades, new internal finishes, and selected external maintenance to restore the home to a clean, functional, and updated condition. Gas to Electric Conversion ensure adequate supply to house from mains. Ensure to check plans and layout for scoped works that might not be listed but are marked on plans. Site Visit A site visit will be held at 22B Elm Walk, Albany on 1 July 2026 3:00 PM. A non-mandatory site briefing will be held on-site at the premises.
