Request for Information - Procurement and Contract Register System

Overview Health Support Services (HSS) is conducting a Request for Information to explore available solutions for a replacement Procurement and Contract Register System for WA Health. About HSS currently manages a system to capture information and workflow documents for procurement and other types of expenditure-related contracts for WA Health. This system, known as the Procurement Development and Management System (PDMS), is a custom system aligned to the policy and procedural requirements for the development and management of these contracts in WA Health. HSS's current contract for the PDMS will reach its final expiry on 31 December 2029, and HSS needs to replace this legacy system with a new solution. Purpose HSS, on behalf of the WA health system, is conducting a market research exercise to understand available solutions for the replacement of the legacy PDMS system.
