Overview East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) requires a suitably qualified contractor to supply, install, test and commission two (2) new low load chillers to provide increased cooling capacity and reliability of the existing MRI chiller system at Royal Perth Hospital (RPH). Scope The scope includes: Supply of two (2) new low load chillers for the MRI chiller system at Royal Perth Hospital Installation of the two new low load chillers Testing of the two new low load chillers Commissioning of the two new low load chillers to provide increased cooling capacity and reliability of the existing MRI chiller system Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A briefing session will be held at: Location: 299 Wellington St, Perth Date: 9 September 2026 Time: 10:00 AM A mandatory site visit will also be held at Royal Perth Hospital: Date: 09/09/2026 Time: 10:00AM, Perth, Western Australia Location: Facilities Management Reception, E Block Level 2, 299 Wellington St, Perth WA 6000 Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend and must confirm their attendance no later than 04:00 PM (AWST), Perth, Western Australia, 08/09/2026, by emailing EMHS.FMContracts@health.wa.gov.au and advising the names and positions of attendees. Failure to attend the briefing will result in the offer being ineligible for further consideration. Attendance at the briefing is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
