The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Light Fleet servicing providers for the provision of selected light fleet service and vehicle maintenance solutions. The successful tenderer(s) will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the Principals light fleet vehicles in accordance with the specified requirements outlined within this request. The proposed contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to a further twelve (12) months. It is The Principal's expectation that the Contract is expected to commence in August 2026. A full statement of services required under the proposed contract appears in the Specification. SPECIAL NOTE: Tenderers are required to address all requirements as outlined in the request; Please ensure that you fully read and understand the Conditions provided in the Conditions of Responding and Tendering and in ALL documentation provided; Failure to comply shall deem your submission non-compliant; and Compliance to the Modern Slavery Act 2018 and when requested be able to provide a Modern Slavery Statement as required by the Act
