Overview The Shire of East Pilbara (Shire or SoEP) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a Social Impact Assessment and develop a Social Impact Evaluation Plan for the Newman Youth and Community Hub Project. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking a Social Impact Assessment for the Newman Youth and Community Hub Project Developing a Social Impact Evaluation Plan for the project Delivering a multi-year assessment and evaluation framework that aligns with industry best practice and satisfies the requirements of the Shire, its external funding partners, and the community Contractor Requirements Consultants must be suitably qualified and experienced to undertake the Social Impact Assessment and develop the Social Impact Evaluation Plan Tender Briefing A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held for this opportunity. Date: Tuesday, 11 August 2026 Time: 10:00am (AWST) Format: Virtual briefing (Microsoft Teams) Attendance: Non-mandatory Tenderers must contact the nominated contact person detailed in clause 1.4 of the Tender document to advise of their intended attendance no later than 4:00pm, Friday, 7 August 2026, after which they will be emailed a link to the electronic briefing.
