About this tender

The City of Stirling (City) invites submissions for the supply and installation of irrigation systems, as well as the supply, installation and maintenance of Controllers and Type Elliotts non-chemical iron filtration systems. The requirements outlined in these tender documents establish the standard specifications for the provision and ongoing maintenance of these systems and equipment. This Invitation for Tender (IFT) seeks suitable contractors to provide some or all the following categories of works: Panel 1 – Supply and Installation of Pre-Designed Irrigation Systems Panel 2 – Supply and Installation of Rainman MP Controllers field unit or SDS Two Wire Controller - 48STN and associated works Panel 3 - Supply and Installation of Type Elliotts Non-Chemical Iron Filtration Systems The Contractor will be responsible for delivering all works in accordance with the City’s standards, relevant codes, and industry best practices, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and long-term performance of the installed systems. This includes the coordination of all necessary labour, materials, plant, and equipment to complete the works in a safe and timely manner. For each job, the Contractor will be provided with a site-specific design plan and detailed specifications to guide the works. The Contractor shall also ensure that all installed systems are fully operational, properly commissioned, and supported by appropriate documentation and maintenance services.
