Overview The Public Transport Authority (WA) is seeking a contractor for the design, supply and installation of a Level 1 Video Wall in the Public Transport Operations Control Centre (PTOCC). Scope There are two components of works under this contract: Design, Supply and Installation of Video Wall, and a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Design, Supply and Installation of Video Wall These works include providing all materials, labour, supervision, licences and access equipment required to complete the Video Wall installation and Entry into Service on Level 1 of the PTOCC. The scope includes: Design, supply and installation of video wall panels to the specification detailed Design, supply and installation of all necessary bracketry and hardware to secure the video wall panels, panel support structures and cabling Design, supply and installation of all necessary processors, control gear, transmission cards and cabling for full operation of the display Provision of software and associated hardware Provision of all access equipment required to complete installation of the video wall Completion of Entry into Service (EIS) documentation during commissioning and Final Asset Acceptance (FAA) Provision of as-built documentation on completion of the works Provision of Operations and Maintenance Manuals (OMM) detailing all instructions and operations of the display Provision of training and training literature Provision of warranties Provision of spare parts relating to the video wall and panel replacement Service Level Agreement (SLA) As the PTOCC (OCR) facility is classified as critical infrastructure, the contractor is to provide details of the level of service offered, laying out metrics by which the service can be measured, as well as remedies should service levels not be achieved.
