Scope The scope includes: Design of the upgraded Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade and construction works for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Integration of the upgraded plant Testing and commissioning of the upgraded plant Handover of the upgraded Wastewater Treatment Plant Site Inspection A site visit will be held for this opportunity. Date: 25 September 2026 Time: 9:00 AM Location: RIA Hub Office (behind Dome cafe), Henderson Ave, Rottnest Island Attendance must be confirmed no later than 2:00pm on 24 September 2026 via email at russell.bartels@dbca.wa.gov.au. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
