APS6 level Business and Systems Analysts at the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) are accountable, under limited direction, for performing complex work while operating under broad direction and exercising a considerable degree of independence. Reporting to the Assistant Director Software Developer and System Support, the Business and Systems Analyst will have responsibility for assisting with the resolution of software developer issues relating to the My Health Record system and systems connected to the National Digital Health Infrastructure. The focus of the role is on supporting Business to Business and Business to Mobile application developers’ system interactions and connections, including monitoring system availability and resolving issues. The Business and Systems Analyst will contribute to the quality of functionality and user experience of the My Health Record system with a focus on documenting and maintaining the artefacts of software developer onboarding.
