Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking one EL1 Digital Test Lead (Labour Hire) to join the Scheme CRM Platforms Branch within the Integrity Transformation and Technology Services (ITTS) Group. The Test Lead will lead and conduct testing activities across ITTS Group branches, working closely with the Test Manager to ensure test strategy and standards are in place. About The National Disability Insurance Agency's Integrity Transformation and Technology Services (ITTS) Group is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative, fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The Role Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Managing test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure delivery across projects remains within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets as defined with project teams Analysing and reporting on test activities and results, and escalating issues and risks to project management Developing test plans, test cases and supporting test data and/or requirements, under own direction from the specifications Contributing to team improvement initiatives and projects, including team tools, process changes, and test automation Identifying, managing and documenting defects, programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications Managing testing for multiple projects Accurately recording time and effort for test cases Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects Managing Defect Triages and meetings Coordinating with business teams and supporting them during UAT The key responsibilities of the role are based on current priorities and may change over time. Role Requirements Test SME with a sound knowledge and understanding of Test Management tools Experience delivering testing using AI frameworks and tools Eligibility NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check Labour hire licences are required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted, applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD Instructions to Respondents There will be no supplier briefing held for this role. The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
