Inner West Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide Design & Construct (D&C) services, including all design, certification, construction, commissioning, and handover of the amenities building renewal and landscaping to Tender for the Design & Construction of Birchgrove Park Amenities Renewal. Birchgrove Park, also referred to as Birchgrove Oval, is in regular use by local sporting clubs, including the Balmain & District Football Club, Balmain and District Junior Rugby League Club, and Sydney Cricket Club. Architects Stanning Harding has documented an architectural concept plan, 50 % detailed design for structural works, hydraulic services and landscaping. Tender issue 100% detail designs for kitchen Joinery only and electrical services are under documentation and will be issued as an Addendum to the RFT before close of tender. A Contractor is now required complete all design, issue for-construction drawings, and complete renewal works to the amenity and associated landscaping. The work must proceed from September 2026 through to March 2027 when reliance on the amenity is less. A mandatory Industry Briefing is scheduled on Site 10:00am for 10:15am start, Tuesday 9 June 2026 at Birchgrove Oval, Rose Street, Birchgrove.
