About this tender
Overview Forbes Shire Council is seeking Request for Quotations (RFQ) from appropriately qualified and experienced consultancy firms to work in partnership with Council to undertake service delivery reviews as part of developing and conducting a Service Review Program. About The NSW Office of Local Government's Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) framework supports Council in establishing service levels, monitoring service performance, and improving service delivery. The IP&R Guidelines for Local Government in NSW require Council to identify areas of service that it will review during its term, and how it will engage with the community and other stakeholders to determine service level expectations and appropriate measures. Purpose Council will undertake service reviews to identify opportunities to improve its operations and the services it provides to the community.
