ABOUT THE COUNCIL: The Gilgandra local government area is situated in the central west of NSW and covers an area of 4,800 square kilometres, including the township of Gilgandra and three smaller villages of Tooraweenah, Armatree and Curban. Gilgandra is located on the junction of the Newell, Oxley, and Castlereagh Highways. It is 432 km north-west of Sydney and 60 km north of Dubbo and is located approximately halfway on the inland route from Melbourne to Brisbane. ABOUT THE QUOTATION: Over the past four years, Gilgandra Shire Council (GSC) has undertaken a deliberate and structured organisational transformation program to position itself as a modern, resilient and high-performing regional organisation delivering both traditional local government services and a broad range of community services across aged care, disability, health and community care. Council is now entering the next and most significant phase of the transformation program. To support this work, Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractor/s to undertake the role of: Enterprise Systems Implementation Lead. GSC encourages applications from a financial, technical or integrations background/specialist/knowledge base. REGISTRATION: Quotation documents may be obtained after registration ENQUIRIES: Quotation enquiries should be directed via the online forum SUBMISSIONS: Gilgandra Shire Council requests tenderers to submit their Quotation via the electronic tender box using the attached PDF or Word version of the forms. LOCAL PURCHASING POLICY: Gilgandra Shire Council has a local purchasing policy. STATEMENT OF BUSINESS ETHICS: Gilgandra Shire Council will undertake this tender in accordance with its Statement of Business Ethics. CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Quotations close at 11.00am on Monday, 27 July 2026 and submissions must be FULLY RECEIVED BY THIS TIME. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Quotation process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
