About the tender: The City of Parramatta Council is seeking to establish a shortlist of suitable qualified Contractors for a select tender process to undertake the rectification works of the storm damaged Epping Community Centre (School of Arts). The Centre is located at 9 Oxford Street, Epping and is a local heritage listed building. The building suffered damage during the storms in 2025. The damage consists of a combination of structural damage to the roof framing and the removal of the roof sheeting and the subsequent ingress of rainwater once the roof sheeting had blown off the building. The building is now closed until permanent repair works have been completed. Registration: Tender documents may be obtained via the etender portal.
