About the Council: The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences. About the tender: The City of Parramatta Council is seeking to establish a shortlist of suitable qualified Contractors for a select tender process to undertake the rectification works of the storm damaged Epping Community Centre (School of Arts). The Centre is located at 9 Oxford Street, Epping and is a local heritage listed building. The building suffered damage during the storms in 2025. The damage consists of a combination of structural damage to the roof framing and the removal of the roof sheeting and the subsequent ingress of rainwater once the roof sheeting had blown off the building. The building is now closed until permanent repair works have been completed. Registration: Tender documents may be obtained via the etender portal. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
