About this tender

Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) is seeking an Expressions of Interest of suitably qualified contractors for the design and finalisation and construction of new two storey sports block at Patrician Brothers Catholic College, Fairfield (PBCC, Fairfield). Scope of Works includes: Demolition Works and Services Relocation: Removal of the existing building structure Demolition of the existing concrete access ramp Safe disconnection and preparation of services for redeployment Relocation of AV and ICT services to a new designated external pole New Building Construction (Approx. 500 sqm). The new facility will provide a combination of learning, staff, and sports amenities, including: Two (2) General Learning Areas (GLAs) designed to support flexible and contemporary teaching practices Gymnasium space Home and away change rooms incorporating individual cubicles for privacy and functionality Amenities including toilets and up to four (4) showers, designed in accordance with SCS policies and relevant standards Staff office Dedicated server room Lift provision to ensure accessibility compliance Infrastructure and Services Connection of the new building to existing services, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and ICT systems Compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and SCS design directives
