Overview HealthShare NSW, on behalf of South Western Sydney Local Health District, is seeking a supplier or suppliers to deliver facilities and maintenance services across the District's portfolio of healthcare facilities. About South Western Sydney Local Health District operates a diverse portfolio of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, community health centres, and supporting infrastructure, which require continuous and reliable facilities maintenance services. The services to be delivered under this contract are critical to ensuring: A safe and compliant environment for patients, staff and visitors Continuity of clinical operations Effective management and performance of building assets The Agency is seeking to establish a structured and efficient service delivery model that supports the provision of planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance services across multiple sites. Objectives The objectives of this contract are to: Ensure the safety, compliance, and continuous operation of healthcare facilities Deliver timely, reliable, and high-quality maintenance services across all sites Minimise disruption to clinical operations and patient care Improve asset performance and reduce reactive maintenance Provide an integrated and coordinated multi-trade service delivery model Achieve value for money over the contract term Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the asset portfolio Scope The scope includes: Delivery of facilities maintenance services across the Agency's portfolio of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, community health centres, and associated infrastructure Delivery of planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance activities Delivery of minor works to support the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all sites Services delivered across a range of asset-based and trade-based maintenance service categories Optional services that may be requested by the Agency, including Grounds and Gardens Maintenance, and Height Safety System Inspection, Testing and Certification The successful tenderer(s) will be required to deliver services in an integrated, coordinated, and responsive manner, aligned with the Agency's operational requirements and performance expectations.
