About this tender
The engagement will require the successful respondent to design and deliver a staged, whole of organisation service review program Project goals City of Parramatta Council (the Principal) is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the design and delivery of an Financial Sustainability Review (Program) to be utilised by Council. The successful respondent will be engaged in accordance with the NSW Buy Scheme SCM0005. The engagement will require the successful respondent to design and deliver a staged, whole‑of‑organisation service review program, utilising a structured methodology that supports evidence‑based decision‑making, financial sustainability, and continuous improvement across Council services. Scope As per Part 2 - Specification of the RFQ Document This Program Brief is intended to operate as a specification for a reverse brief. While the Principal has articulated the problem statement and objectives, respondents are encouraged to apply their expertise to propose an appropriate methodology, sequencing and analytical approach to meet these objectives. As part of the submission, Respondents are asked to propose a Service Review methodology that should address the Problem Statement and deliver against the Objectives detailed in this Specification.
