About this tender
To identify and pre-register individuals that are interested in entering into a potential contract with HI and have suitable capacity, capability and experience to undertake work relevant to the HI Project goals The HI Expert List is a list of independent experts who may be appointed by various HI business units and project teams to provide specific and technical advice throughout the project lifecycle and/or support the progression of other strategic initiatives. The HI Expert List comprises of a broad range of technical disciplines and is designed to support teams across HI to fulfil the following objectives: Independent assurance Provision of expert advice Ad hoc Assurance Reviews Scope The appointment for a HI Expert List member will be for a period of three years and will comprise of up to 5 members in each of the following 15 disciplines. 1 Organisational Strategy, Development and Advisory (a) Safety, health and wellbeing (b) Operational Strategy & Commissioning 2 Sustainability Advisory (a) Environmental sustainability 3 Health Strategy and Planning (a) Health planning /strategic health planning 4 Economic, Cost and Risk Advisory (a) Risk management (b) Needs analysis, Business case strategy and writing 5 Infrastructure Strategy, Planning and Design (a) Commercial Construction (b) Architecture – Design Expertise (c) Architecture – Precinct and Master planning (d) Waterproofing – Remedial Engineering & Design 6 Construction and Building Advisory (a) Engineering – Building Services (b) Engineering – Civil/Structural (c) Construction procurement (d) Construction programming (e) Construction / major infrastructure delivery Primary contact: murray.affleck@health.nsw.gov.au 02 8644 2528
