ICT Infrastructure Asset Management Program - Independent Tranche 1 Program Review
Tender Overview
About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Requirements The Territory, as represented by Digital Canberra requires an independent, qualified and experienced Consultant to conduct a structured review of Tranche 1 delivery of the ICT Infrastructure Asset Management Program 2025/26 (Program). The review, and subsequent report, will assess delivery confidence, governance, controls and outputs, and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations to the Territory to improve delivery and implementation of Tranche 2. Further information regarding the Program will be made available to the Consultant as necessary from the Commencement Date. Background Tranche 1 of the Program is the first tranche of a multi-year program delivering infrastructure refresh, data and asset management uplift, and strategic planning activities across the Territory. As Tranche 1 approaches closure and Tranche 2 enters planning, the Territory requires independent assurance to: confirm how Tranche 1 was delivered, identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities, and inform practical delivery adjustments for Tranche 2. This review is not a formal Gateway Review and does not replace any mandated assurance processes. Refer to Attachment 1 - Statement of Requirements
How to respond to this tender
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.

Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Answer every criterion with evidence
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Lodge early through the official portal
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
