Southern Cross University invites Requests for Tender ("RFT") for a suitably qualified and experienced safety and security services provider to deliver responsive, professional and compliant safety and security services across its campuses and facilities. Services may include static guarding, mobile patrols, alarm response, incident response, event security, access control support, after-hours coverage and related security functions. The provider must demonstrate strong capability in service delivery, personnel management, reporting, emergency response, stakeholder engagement, and compliance within a complex educational environment at the Lismore National Marine Science Centre (Coffs Harbour) and the Gold Coast Campus. The University intends to engage the successful vendor for an initial term of three years, with options to extend for two additional periods of one year, commencing 2nd February 2027
