About this tender
SESLHD seeks to engage a trustworthy, innovative, and digitally capable EAP provider to deliver proactive wellbeing services, confidential counselling, manager guidance, and critical incident response Project goals The objectives of the Services are to: a) Promote proactive health and wellbeing b) Provide timely, confidential support for personal and work-related issues. c) Ensure effective, trauma-informed responses to critical incidents. d) Deliver consistent, high-quality, evidence-based services e) Provide actionable insights to support governance of workforce wellbeing and psychosocial risk Scope The supplier must deliver services across all SESLHD locations via face-to-face, telephone, virtual, app-based and online channels, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Participation by employees is voluntary. Managers or responsible officers may refer employees (with consent), including via wellbeing surveys/check-ins where the participant has provided contact details.
