Overview Coffs Harbour City Council (the City) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors interested in completing sewer manhole rehabilitation within the Coffs Harbour LGA. Scope The scope includes: Rehabilitation of sewer manholes within the Coffs Harbour LGA, with the required rehabilitation method dependent on the level of deterioration within each individual manhole Application of various rehabilitation methods as necessary to meet minimum requirements for expected length of condition of life Contractor Requirements Appropriately qualified and experienced in sewer manhole rehabilitation Instructions to Tenderers RFT documents may be obtained after registration on the etender portal RFT enquiries should be directed to Mr Leonard Maharaj, Operations Engineer, Water and Wastewater Services, via the etender online forum prior to 10am AEST on Monday 24th August 2026 Completed RFT responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the editable MS Word document supplied in the RFT document package Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced RFT, all or any part of the RFT, and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted Canvassing of Councillors and members of City staff other than the contact detailed above by a tenderer may render their tender submission ineligible for evaluation
