Overview Eurobodalla Shire Council is seeking a Request for Quote (RFQ) from parties interested in the management of telecommunication leases and licences, including administration, financial oversight, carrier negotiations, site access coordination and compliance monitoring. About Eurobodalla Shire Council has interests in a range of telecommunication assets and sites, including but not limited to: Telecommunications towers and monopoles Rooftop and land-based installations Associated easements, licences, and access rights Council currently holds approximately 20 leases across its telecommunication sites. Scope The scope includes: Administration of telecommunication leases and licences Financial oversight of telecommunication leases and licences Carrier negotiations Site access coordination Compliance monitoring Contractor Requirements Experienced in managing telecommunication leases and licences Able to maximise long-term value from telecommunication assets Able to ensure regulatory compliance Able to protect community and planning objectives while managing negotiations with industry operators Instructions to Tenderers Final responses must be submitted electronically via the etender portal.
