DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE DIOCESE of Maitland Newcastle: The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is simply a community of Christ's faithful; it represents a portion of the people of God in a particular area, which is entrusted to a Bishop. ABOUT THE EOI The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Textile Rooms & GLAs – project at St Joseph's College, Lochinvar, as per the terms and conditions set out in this EOI. In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI. ENQUIRIES Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. SUBMISSIONS Please note all submissions must be collated into a single (1) pdf file. Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see option below) Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission. CLOSING DATE AND TIME Expression of Interest closes at 5pm AEST on the 17th of July 2026. Submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit
