About this tender
Overview Georges River Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the construction of a new amenities facility and associated works at The Green Reserve, Kyle Bay, including demolition of the existing infrastructure. The project is associated with the construction of a new sporting and public amenities facility and will require coordination of multiple trades, services, engineers, and authorities to ensure the works can be carried out effectively. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to: Location and isolation of existing services Provision of a temporary facility (public amenities) Obtaining authority approvals Demolition of the existing infrastructure Excavation of the existing embankment Construction of the new building Associated works as outlined in the supporting documentation Provision of profits and margins, all materials (unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the RFT), labour, freight, tools, plant, appliances, and other necessary works, whether specifically mentioned or not Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A non-mandatory site inspection and briefing for this RFT will be held.
