About this tender
Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is facilitating this tender on behalf of Lismore City Council (LCC) and Richmond Valley Council (RVC), which are seeking the provision of transportation and processing of Food Organics Garden Organics (FOGO) waste. Purpose Lismore City Council and Richmond Valley Council seek the provision of transportation and processing of Food Organics Garden Organics Waste (FOGO). Scope Transportation of Food Organics Garden Organics Waste (FOGO) Processing of Food Organics Garden Organics Waste (FOGO) Contract Terms and Conditions This Agreement commences on 1 December 2026 for Richmond Valley Council Lismore City Council will join the contract on 1 February 2027 The Agreement will conclude on 31 January 2029 for both councils The Principal may, by 30 days written notice to the Service Provider, extend this Agreement for an additional period of 2 x 12-month options Instructions to Tenderers This process is being facilitated on behalf of Richmond Valley Council and Lismore City Council. Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Tenderlink Electronic Tender Box. Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via Tenderlink at https://portal.tenderlink.com/regionalprocurement/login until the submission close date, for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
