Objectives Procure a robust, reliable and user-centred vehicle booking management system that supports the Sydney Opera House's current and future operational requirements Improve the user experience by providing an intuitive and efficient booking process for staff, contractors and external users Enhance visibility and management of vehicle bookings to support operational planning and decision-making Strengthen site security and operational control through improved booking information, approval workflows and access management Deliver a scalable solution that integrates with existing business processes and supports future enhancements Scope The scope includes: Provision of a vehicle booking management system to support all required uses for staff managing Loading Dock bookings A system that is easy to access for users with granted access and is user friendly Integration with current Sydney Opera House infrastructure (software and hardware) at a minimum Implementation, support and training Full details are provided in the RFT documentation.
