Overview Auckland Council, through Auckland Botanic Gardens, is seeking an experienced concessionaire to provide end-to-end event management of four premium outdoor event sites used for weddings and private events: The Glade, Rock Garden, Edible Walled Garden and Herb Garden. Objectives The objective is to increase activation, visitation and revenue opportunities at the sites while reducing operational pressures on Gardens staff and improving customer experience through a professional event management service and a range of packages for customers.
