About this tender

Kawerau District Council would like to afford suitably qualified contractors the opportunity to submit tenders for the design and build of a new pool heating system for the Kawerau Aquatic Centre. The works include the full design, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and documentation of a complete heating system solution. This may include heat pumps, associated mechanical and electrical upgrades, photovoltaic components, thermal pool covers, controls, and performance verification. All works are to be completed in accordance with the technical performance and contractual requirements set out in the RFT. Please find the following tender documents: The Invitation to Tender, including the tender description, conditions of tender, the tender process, form of tender, the conditions of the contract and the scope of works NB. All tender documentation as requested in the tender description is required to assess the offer. We will require confirmation that you will be submitting a tender in order to ensure that all future notice are sent to interested contractors. The deadline for questions is 4pm Monday, 06 July 2026 and should be referred via the etender Online Forum Tenders, with all required supporting information, shall be submitted by email to tenders@kaweraudc.govt.nz
